What to expect

We welcome newcomers to our Christian Union worship services and events. If you choose to join us for Sunday morning worship, here’s what you can expect:

• Our safety team will be happy to park your car if you have limited mobility. Just pull under the awning and they’ll take it from there!
• You’ll be greeted at the door and welcomed as a newcomer and a new friend.
• Coffee before and after the service. Join us for one or both to allow us to get to know each other.
• We wish everyone to be respectful in their dress, but we also believe God is more interested in who we are on the inside than the clothes we wear. If you prefer a suit or dress – that’s great. If you prefer a more casual outfit for pants or jeans, you’ll fit right in as well.
• Worshipping God with a variety of music. We have a traditional heritage yet also recognize that God is still inspiring writers to create worship songs that connect us with our God.
• Sermons based on the word of God without political leanings, just a search for truth. Our Pastor Gary Salm brings the message on most Sundays with an occasional guest speaker or missionary. Gary is practical in his approach and relatable. He is real.
• Prayer for our world, our neighbors and especially God’s Will.
